I called back in July regarding my title 5 learning disability and requested a cancellation of membership The response was tooo bad you should has told the representative about your disability, That I would have to go to court or pay 80% and then I wouldn't be able to us the vacation package. VERY RUDE With a disability come shame and you made me feel less than. With my disability I need time to process and information and I have a reader to make sure I understand what the task is and what comes after I will report you to the BBB like many others I will call as many upper managers as I can find #'s and send emails as I can find on the internet 530-

This vacation travel club only answer so phone when its convenient. I purchased and left there intending on using it immediately and was given no member login so a week went by from Thursday to Tuesday and I was not able to use it because my vacation time was over. When I went to the office where I purchased it The man who is the general manager was 10 shades of rude rude rude. I will give him a little grace and mercy because he had just buried his brother-in-law. My opinion is he should have been at home grieving and not taking it out on the customer. I cannot get a hold of them to cancel so Ive had my bank to get my money backto my bank it has been a nightmare

Will not honor an offer for a free week promised

Re: A time out vacation that we earned. I can find several one-bedroom units available in Sedona at the time required. Agent offered only one week that is not our first choice week and requires us to pay almost $300 to take a larger unit that we did not select. She selected a unit where we have to pay the up charge for the two bedroom unit that I did not want. I chose studio or one-bedroom and I see several that are available. We already have to be charged a $200 security deposit for a 6/11 rental that might be rerefundable.

My husband and I were sitting at the pool on our first night in our Vista El Portal room and Jackie the wife of the owner comes down and tells us that the prime minister of St Martin wants all Americans out by the 17th well we didn't have any cell phone service and my husband went down to talk to Carlos and asked him if he could had a phone that we could use or rent a phone or whatever and he said go away well he finally ended up letting us use the phone and I went to return it and it was just a horrible scene he's like I've been waiting down here for a half an hour for you to bring me my phone and I just tell him here take your phone we never did get through my husband went online that night to American Airlines and we got a flight out for the next day and it was a horrible experience and I also paid him $170 and ask him for a refund because we were only in the place for 16 hours and he told me to go through Global I paid him he should have just gave me my money back

Went to the so called web site and it is a joke it does not work what a scam!!! Just what I knew it would be just a joke!!! When I was there for 90 minutes they could not show you where all of their locations where or how many they had.. They just showed you here I and wife are enjoying this great place. But anybody can do things now with a computer that can place someone in a photo. Also who in a company has business cards that they write their names on them what a joke for a company that is suppose to be at the top of the list.... The offices and the whole thing was more like at best a c+ not an A.. Mark Brasher
